I posted a ticket today about a random item named THIS OBJECT HAS NO NAME I encountered during my class quest. Within 20 minutes, I got notified that an agent wanted to chat with me. Basically, they told me that they submitted a bug and I could check the patch notes "in the future".
Then they asked if there was anything else they could help with. So I said I had accidentally picked up a BoP item and wanted it transferred, and gave the ticket number for my request. Nope, can't do it.
Their customer support agents are too busy chatting with people telling them the same thing they usually reply with prefabbed messages. Hence, nothing actually gets done. Not to mention the bug they're live chatting with me about is one of the least important bugs I've ever encountered in this game. Random object hanging out in my class quest, caused me no problems, obviously priority 0 super-duper important.
Sorry Moxil. BTW, since they fixed master looter, shouldn't we protect the raid from shortbus idiots like me?
