1.2 is hitting the PTS at some point tonight. Check to see if ur char has been transferred yet, if not they said it takes time and might slip into next week before all are copied over.

Thank you all so much for your overwhelming interest in this program! Our inbox has exploded with guilds who are interested in helping us test end game content in Game Update 1.2. At this time, we're going to close applications while we continue to process those we have received up to this point.

Due to the number of responses we received, we cannot guarantee that every guild who applied to this program will have their requested characters copied to PTS. However we will continue to copy over guilds who have already applied as Game Update 1.2 testing progresses, so more guilds will be included before testing concludes. You may have to be patient for your character to be made available. In the future, we will be implementing a public-facing character copy tool for the Public Test Server, which will allow you to copy your own characters over to Public Test. We'll provide more information at a later time.

For those guilds who have already been copied, a few things you should look out for:
If your guild was copied, you will not be contacted individually. We've received too many to be able to respond individually. You should check the PTS once a day or so to see if your character is there. Please do not email us requesting the status of your application.
If your guild was copied, but your character was not, it is likely the information they submitted in the application was inaccurate. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to copy your correct character for your guild, but have your guild leader submit a corrected application to us if this is the case.
We discovered a bug during this copying process that occasionally causes the wrong character to get copied over from a player's account. We are attempting to fix this error on our end, however we cannot promise it will be resolved during this phase of testing. If this affects you, we regret that we cannot fix your character's copy until we have resolved the error. We’ll update with more information when it becomes available.

We want to thank you again for your participation in this limited-testing program. In the future, we plan to open this up to more and more participants, eventually allowing everyone to copy their own characters to the Public Test Server.

Yeah, cause it's so hard for them to add a line to whatever script copies your character that sends you an email… I'm really not sure these people have any clue what they're doing.

I was under the impression that Bioware interns were handleveling 'copies' of our characters on the test server, is this not what's causing the delay?
